 | Recently, Meggy conducted an EVP session that she asked me to review to see if I could corroborate the findings that she had marked. Some interesting things were discovered indeed...
It was a recording that was seemingly like that of a child that was talking at a spastic rate with the result being a whiny sounding muttering. The problem I was having with it was that it seemed to have a speech pattern, so I slowed it down. Sure enough, when slowed down from our (normal) speed, the whiny noises became words, clear words. And it was clear that the speaker was most likely a woman, not a child. Even stranger was that what was spoken seemed to be in the context and answer to the questions being asked during the session!
Now, I find myself going back though past investigations where I recall similar spastic chatter (still doing this so the results are not in), to see if this is an isolated incident or not. It definitely made me wonder though if apparitions thrive at one (faster) frequency, or possible several, explaining why they are so hard to consistently work with!
Today I was reading an interesting article on a site that makes paranormal research gear that discussed the use of IR strobes to test this very same possibility on the visible spectrum, His article explained that this is not a new idea (I have heard about the differing frequencies ideas, but never put that and 'speed' together) This is very intriguing indeed!
I would be interested in hearing what others have experienced in relation to this phenomenon! |
