Summary:
Began investigation at approximately 6:30pm MST. We took time to walk around the premises to allow the spirits/ghosts that may reside at this location a chance to get used to our presence. We set up equipment and continued with our investigation. There were several personal experiences which include:
Meggy:
6:45pm MST Camera went dead at the top of the stairs walking down. Moving to another location, battery strength was full.
8:20pm MST Felt a touch on the right forearm
8:30pm MST Walked into main room and tasted metallic taste, somewhat like copper
10:00pm MST Coming back from break noticed that the camcorder had been physically placed into the off position and the battery was drained. Motion Sensor turned on and nothing was near it. Camcorder has to be physically turned off by pushing the button. Unable to debunk this incident
10:35pm MST Motion Sensor turned on by itself again
Missy:
7:30pm MST First flight of stairs felt cold spot. While sitting on the south side of top floor felt chills and cold spots. Checked nearby windows and doors for any drafts.
8:30pm MST Main room on bottom floor smelled copper, sweat and dirt.
10:00pm MST Coming back from break noticed that the camera had been physically placed into the off position and the battery was drained. Motion Sensor turned on and nothing was near it. Attempted to debunk the Motion Sensor by checking how close you would have to be in order to trip the sensor. Missy measured it at 4 feet from her location. We also checked to see if the flash lights could have possibly tripped the sensor and that was negative. On video you could see that birds were flying by the window closest to the sensor and did not trip it, nor did the cars driving by. We were unable to debunk this incident.
10:35pm MST Motion Sensor turned on by itself again
Curtis:
Camera went dead south side of top floor. Moving to a different location, turning the camera on, it had full battery strength.
North side of top floor, radio channel was changed to 22. Normally kept on channel 1
10:35pm MST Motion Sensor turned on by itself. Attempted to debunk the Motion Sensor by checking how close you would have to be in order to trip the sensor. Curtis measured it at 12 feet from his location. We were unable to debunk this incident.
We recorded approximately 2 hours of video and 3 � hours of sound. Nothing appears to be paranormal on video. On sound we recorded some Paranormal Activity.
EVP Breakdown
1. Missy, Curtis and myself were downstairs. The DVR (Digital Voice Recorder) was placed on the north side of top floor. It is hard to make out what Meggy says in the recording. She states that she asked "Is there anyone here with us" and was given a response of "yes".
This shows signs of an Intelligent Entity, one that communicates directly to the question that is asked.
2. Missy, Curtis and Meggy are upstairs near the DVR. Curtis says �watch for the DVR� and Meggy relayed the message to Missy. Shortly after you hear what we believe is a child saying "Mom". At first listen it sounded like a cat�s meow. But there were no cats around the building or inside.
3. Missy, Curtis and Meggy were outside of the building taking a break and this �sigh� or word �help� was recorded when no one was inside the building.
4. Missy, Curtis and Meggy were outside of the building taking a break and what we believe is a child saying �Mommy� was recorded when no one was inside the building
Conclusion: We investigated this location for approximately 6 hours. Our findings indicate that there is a paranormal presence at this location. Although there is not enough evidence to classify this as a haunting. There were no malevolent entities felt at the location. We would like to investigate further.
